On the McCain camp setting expectations for tonight's debate exceedingly low, I paraphrase C.J. Cregg from "The Red Mass" episode of The West Wing:"I can't believe how many times I get asked what would be a win in the debates. At this point I feel like if - and only if - [Palin] accidentally lights [her] podium on fire does [Biden] have a fighting chance."
