Every four years, we're treated to a few special events above and beyond the U.S. presidential elections...like Leap Year and The Olympics...
But don't you know we're just going to be inundated with stories about drug use within The Games...so maybe somebody should just take the lead of this old SNL Weekend Update piece from eons ago...

2. Nice role-playing at the end of the sketch by A. Whitney Brown, SNL's version of William F. Buckley. The handkerchief is a nice touch.
